JuJu Smith-Schuster and the JuJu Foundation to support seniors and families in need this Thanksgiving

Pittsburgh, PA (November 20, 2020) – The JuJu Foundation announced today that Kansas City Chiefs Wide Receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster and the JuJu Foundation will provide more than 350 meals for seniors and families in need this Thanksgiving.

In Pittsburgh, the JuJu Foundation has partnered with ACORx and Dive Bar & Grill to provide 100 seniors and their family with a homemade Thanksgiving meal. The JuJu Foundation will deliver the hot meals directly to their homes throughout Thanksgiving Day.

“With everything going on in the world, many have lost hope,” said Shawn Nairn, owner of ACORx Pharmacy. “We are honored to partner with the JuJu Foundation and Dive Bar & Grille to bring our patients a homemade Thanksgiving meal and allow us to help bring some hope back into their lives.”

“Partnering with ACORx and the JuJu Foundation has been a blessing,” Clint Kuskie, owner of Dive Bar & Grille Restaurant Group said. “We are so appreciative for the volunteers who have selflessly lent their time and efforts to help us safely provide a memorable Thanksgiving meal for the patients of ACORx.”

In Long Beach, the JuJu Foundation is partnering with New Hope Church and Tranquility Counseling services for a Thanksgiving Food Giveaway. This Saturday, November 21, the JuJu Foundation will provide more than 250 families in need with a whole turkey and bag of food for Thanksgiving.

“I’m excited to support Pittsburgh and Long Beach families in need this Thanksgiving,” said JuJu Smith Schuster, Chairman of the JuJu Foundation. “We hope that this small gesture will help bring a sense of comfort and lift the spirits of others.”
